An off-plan property refers to an unconstructed property coming directly from a developer's end. It is a property for which only a provision is launched or minimal construction is conducted. The developers provide the brochure, floor plans, and other details for the buyers to understand the project thoroughly, and to safeguard their interest, a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)/Oqood is signed.
