In 2006, Hamptons International became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties, the largest and most respected real estate developer in the Middle East. By 2010, Emaar had acquired the exclusive brand rights for Hamptons International across the MENA region. This strategic move strengthened our position as a trusted partner, giving clients the confidence of working with a company deeply rooted in the success and vision of a regional powerhouse.
In addition to our presence in Dubai, we have expanded with a branch in Abu Dhabi, further strengthening our footprint across the UAE. This expansion allows us to better serve clients in the capital and beyond, providing the same trusted expertise and bespoke services that have defined our reputation.

- Countrywide UK acquired the ownership of Hampton’s brand. Emaar now owns the brand rights of Hamptons International for MENA region

- Bought by Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Ltd, formerly known as Marco Polo Developments.
